HOW TO HEAL FAST AFTER CHILDBIRTH

Trauma from childbirth can be challenging and varies in different types. Many body organs are affected by Pregnant ncy/childbirth. After birth the body need healing for the comfortability and safety of the woman.

Proper healing should only leave scars but not damage.

Internal body organs such as the uterus(womb)and its muscles are also affected during pregnancy and child birth.

Either natural birth or Birth through Caesarean section(C/S)exposes a woman to trauma.

Some women with pendulous abdomen(big stomach) or excessive weight gain or increased size of the v*gina are due to trauma gotten during childbirth and also may rise from lack of proper care or poor healing.

As from 6weeks post birth..a woman who gave birth irrespective of the mode of delivery is supposed to achieve at least 70% of total healing after birth.

Ways To Achieve fast Healing after childbirth.

1.Proper care during pregnancy and after delivery. Process of healing starts from adaptation during pregnancy,this creates a conducive atmosphere for the body to be prepared for healing..Every woman needs support during pregnancy. Attending antenatal will help to prepare you for the fast healings after childbirth. Avoiding hazardous atmosphere,abusive homes or family dispute will go a long way to delay healing after childbirth. Postpartum depression is common among women with an unconducive home.

2.Early Mobility After childbirth:A woman who gave birth irrespective of the type supposed to initiate mobility within 24-48hours..Those who birth through cs need extra support..Mobility serves as an exercise to help in bl**d circulation..Healing take place when there is adequate circulation in the body, If these are initiated early enough..it will encourage fast healing from childbirth injuries.

3.Good Food:A woman looses 500-1000ml of bl**d(that is 1liter of bl**d) or more…this needs to be replaced for an effective functioning of the body after childbirth…any woman who failed to recover from this loss will encounter slower healing,a woman after childbirth should consume foods rich in iron, vitamins, minerals fiber etc these contents supports replacement of lost nutrients,rebuild cells and promote healing.

4.Clean Environment:.A dirty environment harbour dirt and attract harmful organisms that cause dis**ses and sickness..a woman who just put to bed is supposed to maintain both personal and environmental hygiene and any food consumed should be free from harmful substances,everything you put in your body suppose to be neat and clean.

4.Exercise:Most women lack this aspect after childbirth,Pregnancy causes weight gain for some women,some women also add weight during their post birth periods,mild to moderate exercise will help to maintain and regulate excess weight gain during and after pregnancy..Women are taught so many exercises during antenatal and they should adopt those exercise after delivery for fast healing after childbirth.
